About Cory Quackenwho?

Cory Quackenbush

Hi,  My name is Cory Quackenbush and I am the Principal Broker/Owner of Quackenbush Realty.  At Quackenbush Realty, we’ve been helping our clients buy and sell their Utah County Investments for over 20 years.


A little about me…I grew up in Provo,  graduated from BYU, and always  loved the older homes south of campus.   In fact,  the first home I  bought was a little duplex that I fixed up, and that ended up being a  great investment.


While most agents concentrate on getting listings, I prefer to work as a buying agent, helping people find the perfect investment.   I’ve been through almost every multi-unit in the valley, and I know a  good deal when I see it.  I also know what to watch out for.

Not all agents are the same.

In this unique market, you need to find an agent:

  • who is available and answers their phone,
  • who understands zoning, occupancy, and rental licensing requirements,
  • who can negotiate and write a contract that protects both parties.

Because I work with buyers, I can usually save sellers 3% on the sale of their investment without putting the property on the MLS.
